- What is the difference between Pro and Suite?
- Pro includes unlimited screenshot projects and slides, all templates and fonts, custom fonts, and every supported language and export size. Suite includes all of Pro plus Listing for search research, store-page drafts, and update tracking.
- The listing tools are in beta. What does that mean?
- The workspace includes search research, store-page drafts, test records, and sending ideas to Studio. It is still being refined. Daily checks and weekly email depend on service availability; Sources shows whether they can be enabled. The demos let you explore the workflow before buying.
- Where does Listing keep my work?
- Your drafts, notes, and saved app workspace stay in this browser. Download a backup before clearing browser data or moving devices. If you enable scheduled checks, the service stores the app, search phrases, and settings it needs to run them; weekly email uses your purchase email.
- What does the 90-day Launch Pass include?
- Everything in Suite, the whole editor and Listing, for 90 days, for $39 once. That is $13 a month against Suite’s $14, and it does not renew.
- What happens when the Launch Pass runs out?
- Your access returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: your projects and images are on your device and stay there. You can export within the free limits or start a subscription whenever you like.
- What does the lifetime license include?
- Pro, for good: unlimited projects and slides, every template pack and font, custom fonts, and every language and export size. It does not include Listing; for that, choose Suite or the 90-day Launch Pass. The license is limited to 200.
- How many slides can I make on a paid plan?
- As many as you like. Apple accepts ten per language at upload, and people often design a few extra to compare side by side before choosing.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, on both subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the paid features until then. It runs through Stripe’s billing portal, which you open from the editor.
- What happens to my projects if I stop paying?
- They stay where they have always been: on your device. The paid features switch off, and you can export what you have already designed before they do.
- How do I switch between plans?
- From the same billing portal. Moving up from Pro to Suite applies right away and charges only the difference. Moving down takes effect at the end of your current period.
- How do refunds work?
- A first purchase of any product can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. Write to [email protected] from the email you paid with. The paid features switch off on your devices and your projects stay untouched. The full policy is on the refund page.
- What about tax?
- Prices are in USD. Stripe shows the final amount, including any tax that applies where you are, before you confirm.
- Do I need an account?
- No separate StoreStudio account is needed. Studio and the demos open without signup. Paid access uses your purchase email. Listing’s optional scheduled checks and weekly email use the connected service.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Free has no time limit. It includes one project, 5 slides, the Starter pack, 8 fonts, and full-resolution exports with no watermark.
