Refund policy
A first purchase of any StoreStudio product can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked. This covers Pro and Suite subscriptions (monthly and annual), the 90-day Launch Pass and the lifetime license.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
What happens next
The paid features switch off on your devices when the refund is issued. Your projects, images and fonts are on your device and stay there; you can keep exporting within the free plan's limits.
What is not covered
Renewals of a subscription you have already been refunded for once, and purchases older than 14 days. If something is wrong with the product, write anyway: we would rather fix it.
